The model is a commodity.
The intelligence is what you own.
We build fitted intelligence systems for law firms: the harness, the memory, the governance and the trust that turn a rented capability into a knowledge asset the firm owns, on inference the firm controls.
A lawyer with AI today spends the day
managing the AI, not practising law.
Every general tool arrives empty. It does not know the matter, the parties, the record, the way the firm drafts, or what was decided last week. So the lawyer carries the context by hand: pasting, re-explaining, re-checking, and re-doing the same reading a colleague already paid for. The tool is capable. The context is missing, and context is the whole job.
We build the other way around. The system holds the matter on the firm's own foundations, so the intelligence arrives already knowing, an instruction is a sentence rather than a setup, and nothing counts until a named lawyer signs it. What the firm learns stays with the firm and compounds, the way a banyan compounds: one tree, and every aerial root a new trunk.
One spine. Three surfaces.
The same harness, the same memory, the same audit chain, reaching from the desk to the courtroom to the device in your hand.
The legal agentic harness. A practice-management platform whose real job is to manage context: it reads the record, builds chronologies cited to exhibit and page, drafts in the firm's own manner, and watches the clock.
The flagshipCapable models on hardware you already own. Distillation, quantisation and fine-tuning aimed at one end: privileged work that never leaves the building, at a cost that does not scale with your ambition.
What we are buildingThe pocket assistant for iPad and iPhone. Read and review, on-device where the silicon allows, inside the firm boundary, offline in chambers and in court where the network is not.
iPad and iPhoneThree commitments, and we hold all three.
In your own domain
Intelligence should work inside your walls, on your matters, with the right context supplied at the right moment. Not a clever stranger you brief from scratch every morning.
Paying its own way
It must be cheaper than the work it replaces and add value to the business, not rent it back by the seat. You own the meter, and you can read it.
Learning as it goes
A system built on the firm's own knowledge, so every intelligence in the organisation, human and artificial, works from the same source of truth. That is the real claim.
The company is wider than one product.
Each of these is a registered object of the company. The near arc carries the numbers. The far arc deliberately carries no dates.
Fitted intelligence systems
The platform, the fitting methodology and the compliance layer, delivered to firms and legal departments on a consulting-plus-licence basis. Not SaaS, not a seat you rent.
Near arc · the revenueThe harness as its own asset
Orchestration and agent harnesses, retrieval and memory, rule and skill libraries, audit and provenance, over interchangeable third-party, self-hosted and on-device inference.
Near arcEdge and model efficiency
Distillation, quantisation, fine-tuning, evaluation, and the engineering to run capable models on consumer hardware, toward fully local, encrypted, cost-effective systems.
Far arc · no datesDatasets, evaluations and governance
Indian legal benchmarks, evaluation suites, and AI-governance consulting and education, never involving unauthorised client or privileged material.
Far arc · no datesThe harness, the memory, the governance and the trust are what a firm pays for. What we sell is a knowledge asset the firm owns, on inference you control: a deal no one renting capability can offer.
Be there at first light.
A private beta is opening to a small number of Indian firms. Ask for a walkthrough, or leave your details and we will tell you the moment we open. Nothing until then.
