The flagship · the legal agentic harness

Brief it like a junior.
It already knows the matter.

Akshāyvāt is a practice-management platform whose real job is to manage context. It reads the record, builds chronologies cited to exhibit and page, drafts in the firm's own manner, watches the clock, and commits nothing without a lawyer's signature.

When does limitation start running on the s.138 complaint here, from the cheque return memo or from the notice?
Akshāyvāt
Limitation does not run from the cheque return. The cause of action arises fifteen days after the drawer receives your statutory demand notice, and the one-month window to file runs from there. On this matter: return memo dated 2 March 2026, demand notice served 11 March, acknowledgement 14 March. Your window opened on 29 March and closes on 29 April 2026.

Delegate the work.
Judgment stays with you.

AI does information and technique. Lawyers hold judgment and wisdom. The loop is built so that division cannot be skipped.

Akshāyvāt's work

Information and technique.

  • Reads every document on the matter, once, and remembers it.
  • Builds the chronology, cited to exhibit and page.
  • Finds what the record actually shows, and what it does not.
  • Drafts in the firm's own manner from the firm's own precedents.
  • Watches limitation, filing dates, hearings and orders.
  • Writes every action to a record that cannot be quietly edited.

Your signature

Judgment and wisdom.

  • Whether the theory of the case is right.
  • What to concede, what to fight, and when.
  • Whether a draft is fit to go out under your name.
  • What the client is really asking for.
  • Every approval that lets an artifact join the matter record.
  • Everything that is filed, sent, or signed. Without exception.
02

What it does, concretely.

Reads the record

Every document on the matter read and understood once, then drawn on for ever. The expensive part of legal AI is the reading, and the firm pays for it a single time.

Drafts in the firm's manner

Show it how the firm drafts an instrument once, and that becomes a skill anyone can run. Notices, agreements, affidavits, petitions, in the house style, with the matter's own facts.

Nothing counts until you sign

No output disappears into a chat. Work arrives in the review queue with its sources attached, and joins the matter record only when a named lawyer approves it.

It watches the clock

Limitation and filing deadlines tracked and flagged at 90, 30, 7 and 1 day. Hearings and orders pulled nightly from eCourts, straight to the calendar.

A permanent record

Every action and every approval written to a hash-chained record that shows if anyone has been back to it. The audit trail doubles as the answer to a client's diligence.

AI you control

Privileged work can run on in-house models that never leave the building. Reach for frontier models only when the work genuinely demands it, on a profile the firm sets.

03

It moves into the walls you already have.

No parallel document store, no second inbox, no rival ledger. If Microsoft 365 already does it, Akshāyvāt integrates rather than duplicates.

SharePoint and OneDrive
Documents stay where they live. Indexed for search and for the assistant, never moved out from under you.
Outlook mail
Incoming and outgoing correspondence linked to the right matter, with the advocate confirming or overriding.
Outlook calendar
Hearings, limitation dates and meetings synced both ways, with double-booking caught.
Excel
The firm's accounting stays the firm's accounting. Read where it is useful, replaced nowhere.
Entra ID
Your own single sign-on and your own multi-factor. Every read runs at the user's own permission.
eCourts
Cause lists nightly, orders and hearings pulled per matter, filed against the case they belong to.
04

Economical by design.

The general harnesses are built for software teams and billed by the seat. Akshāyvāt runs on the firm's own AI budget, and the firm can read the meter.

Because a document is read and understood once, the cost of a matter falls as the matter grows, and the cost per lawyer falls as the firm grows: a new joiner inherits years of chronologies, precedents and flagging parameters for very close to nothing. That inverts the usual curve, where every new seat costs the same as the last one, for ever. Token resale is not the business here. The firm's own asset is.

Built where it is used

Akshāyvāt was built inside a working Indian practice, by one advocate with AI as a working partner, from first schema to production. It is in daily use on live matters. The thesis is demonstrated in the product's own construction.
